Measure the physical scope before choosing a factor

After rounding, compare purchased coverage with the actual target so the surplus is visible instead of disappearing inside the estimate.

Frequently asked questions

Why not count using brick size alone?

Because mortar joints occupy part of the wall face, so installed unit spacing is larger than the brick face.

Does the module work for every bond?

It is best for regular field estimates; complex bonds and special shapes need a detailed takeoff.

Should head and bed joints be the same width?

Use the joint dimensions specified for the project rather than assuming they are always identical.
