How to measure this project

Measure only runs that use the same anchor type and spacing rule, then count the separate straight segments because each simplified segment has endpoints. Openings, corners, hold-downs, plate breaks and other special locations can require additional anchors beyond a regular-spacing model, so record those as explicit extra anchors or calculate them in a separate group. Do not combine unrelated anchorage systems merely to get one total.

Before you buy materials

Use spacing, diameter, embedment and hardware requirements from the actual structural detail, code path, manufacturer or qualified design. The calculator converts that already-selected rule into a quantity and optional package count. It does not verify edge distance, concrete strength, washer/nut requirements, adhesive systems, inspection requirements or seismic/wind anchorage. Order compatible hardware groups separately when specifications differ.

Frequently asked questions

Does this tell me the legal anchor spacing?

No. Enter the spacing required by the actual project, design or applicable requirements.

Why do separate segments matter?

Each simplified run has endpoints, so splitting the same total length into more runs can increase the base count.

Does this include hold-downs?

Only if you deliberately enter them as extra compatible anchors. Specialized hold-down systems should usually be planned separately.
